Brilliant site in westerly winds, and the calmest of the three sites at Dale. Flying heights above 600 m asl are common.
Two launches: the lower one at 96 m asl slightly to the left, and the upper one at 180 m asl over to the right. If there is little wind, it pays to walk to the upper one.
In the field below the road, where you park and walk up to the launch. The landings along the road are in the lift zone.
Always check the landing before you fly. If you land in a field, it must be agreed with the farmer, and the grass must not be tall.
